at best, from the smaller to the larger,
propaganda can only buttress against competing propaganda
for those that recieve it and internalise it.

it will not cut through it, piercing the veil so to speak,
and that is the first requirement, for change or solution.

normally, if acknowledged, propaganda,
from the smaller to the larger,
used to fight propaganda, will be held aloft,
and beaten with the stick it deserves.

at worst, and under the same scenario,
it will be co-opted, magnified and reflected back,
defeating itself, and making the problem worse,
such that debate is double bound - asphyxiated.

there a lot of it about - avoid it at all costs
- unless you need morons - i dont.
