method

such as the million milestone.
the most attention will come from the last study,
as it will be the one ultimately, in future history,
the one refered to.

one needs to carry out the study, just before the violence,
eventually, calms down to a residual "normal-state" level.

warning:

if your organisation is not from the victors side,
be careful, as it is their war, and they would like to own
the cultural kudos, even of bad news about the affair,
