bypass strata : active information

"depending on how a feedback loop is configured
in relation either to an organisation or to service,
different amounts of corruption/inefficiency
will be observed and thus tolerated[eventually].
there will also be a resultant and characteristically
different flow of information .
of course, it depends on a few things, for example:
the "realm" within which the structure operates,
the structural model of the organisation,
the function of the of the organisation,
knowledge[awareness] of the feedback loop,
protection and separation of feedback loop from
influence from the organisation it serves,
etc.
in a big, public sphere, organisation,
rapid identification of problem or issue,
is best served with a[separate] feedback loop of few layers,
even if the organisation itself is highly stratified.
of course then, a feedback on the feedback
is required for implementation of change, etc
but thats a different thing again.
