- past, silioquoy, no interaction between characters, flashback, prison, home, judges chambers, cemetary,
-allows for percolation of events, guilts, grief, horror, soul searching, over time.
-allows for elucidation of psycholgy of characters as it develops and morphs and flows, through time
possibility:
still poses of characters families [parental and sibling generation only ie. no children] between relevent scenes.
- avoid having spirit or incarnation of murdered child, or childs sister.

other areas of interest [re original post]:
-lack of certainty of paternity -custody and relation to a] previous character flaws /offences b] against disputant able to wield judges and hence influence of power relationships, reputation heirarchy etc.
[ the case was a murder case, so changes of names are appropriate, also lending to a more generic comprehension]
consider especially :
abscence of effective cultural support abscence of effective support network percieved running out of options mother of child [family triad] soliciting for sex with stranger on line shame, pride, betrayal purity/sanctity of family group previous troubles, safety achieved. reputation removal of innocents from spoiled millieux honour killings oft quoted concerning the moslem community [though here the purpetrator would perhaps have focussed outwards] planning as premeditation planning as due care the role of a judge as catalyst in this tradgedy whether judges of legal cases should be, masters of their own proclivities, desires.... uncorruptible. acceptible and unacceptible psychological considerations
etc
nb. for the characterisation of the lead female role, there are plenty of extant culturally contemporary examples for the basic and perhaps correct persona to be painted, perhaps though, in order to produce a challenging piece of work, this could also be looked at.
perhaps this approach would give an revealing illustration of the distance between the mores of modern society and of those from previous versions or alternate cultural narratives.
interestingly, perhaps the value system necessary to bring the male character to life, may also illustrate the impracticality of transposing "heroic??" value systems in contemporary society, esp in the situation of common people as opposed to kings gods generals etc
i appreciate this is tricky, and i have only gleaned main stream media representation of this case , noting the use of language, and like the main stream media, have not read the court files coroners, psychological reports etc
so in conclusion roshorsch blot, invent, and illustrate : move the audience, fromboth sides, as plays and literature cant be insipid, and not challenge the brain, or ones sense of the morality, all of the time. -we have the main stream media for that.
the author is a human being and has contributed to life as he has found it for well over 30 years.
one could argue that his contribution goes back at least 13 billion years - but thats a bit off the wall.
one could also argue that the author is "mad as a brush".
he is known for gaining his 5m breaststroke swimming certificate many years ago.
the author has also singly published several doodles and ramblings - both to himself, others, the ether and on many disregarded scraps of paper, bookmarks, backs of rizzla packets, etc. unfortunately due to the inability to manifest and rewrite akashik records, many of these incredible and revolutionary ideas are not available to the general public.
the author's favourite and most profound quotes are :
"mama" and "dada" , though not neccessarily in that order.
- indeed much controversy is still extant on this issue - the author having been accused of plagiarism by his grandparents, amongst others.
- attempts to copywrite these quotes has so far resulted in laughter and abuse.
think kindly.
